Customers on a payment plan can now get an email or text reminder two days before each payment is due. You choose which reminders to turn on for each plan.
Link a notice template to payment plans, then generate the agreement when you create a plan. You can also generate one later from the payment plan.
When a billing cycle posts, a Director's Report is created for it automatically. Completed cycles have a Post-billing Report tab with a PDF preview and a retry if the report fails.

Search-based account selection is now limited to large utilities. Smaller utilities see the full list. When you search, an exact match on your own account ID ranks first.
