Payment plan installments now show as one "Payment Plan Charges" line on every bill template. A new Update Account with Plan button on a payment plan posts the plan credit and sets up the monthly installments for you.
You can now archive a rate structure instead of deleting it. Archived rate structures are hidden by default and can't be edited or assigned to services. You can view them and unarchive them at any time. A rate structure that an active service uses can't be archived.
You can now update bill averages for each meter.
Start a new chat any time and go back to earlier chats from your history.
Ask the assistant why a bill is the amount it is. It can also pull up a full account overview with the latest bill, latest payment, and move-out status, and it links you to the right pages.
Ask the assistant to turn on or off 14 on and off settings, including Payment Plans, Mobile Meter Readings, Deposits, and the Customer Portal Chatbot. It asks you to approve each change and can take you to the setting.
If your utility uses the Omni dashboard, you can ask the assistant analytics questions in the chat panel. Answers can take up to about 90 seconds.
Some older payment records caused a meter read batch to stop part way and leave partial bills. Batches now finish.
Changing the Absorb ACH fees setting now updates the fee rate on your merchant account.
The form builder no longer scrolls sideways. You can also add read-only text to a form for longer instructions.
Changes made in ArcGIS now sync back to service orders in the demo environment and for utilities with older Field Map Tasks setups.
Fixed uneven spacing on customer portal form pages. The side menu now shows tooltips when it isn't set to auto-expand and scrolls more smoothly.
