The Infosend integration handles bill delivery through professional print and mail services. When a billing cycle runs, bills are sent directly to Infosend for printing, stuffing, and mailing. Your staff doesn't touch them.
If a customer has multiple accounts at the same address, Infosend combines all of their bills into a single mailing piece automatically.
The base cost is $1.00 per paper bill. This covers printing labor, materials, postage, and return envelopes via First Class mail.
You can include non-personalized inserts in the same mailing. Insert pricing is per page:

When are bills mailed? Bills are submitted to Infosend when you post your billing run. Infosend typically processes and mails them within one to two business days.
Can customers opt for paperless billing instead? Yes. Customers who have enrolled in paperless billing through the customer portal will not receive a paper bill.
