You can now undo an adjusted bill. Undo restores the original bill, its transactions, the account balance, and the meter reads. Adjusted bills made before this release don't have the saved details needed, so contact Support to undo those.
When a contact has a valid email address, you now see a button to turn on ebills. It shows up when you create the contact and when you open an existing one.
You can now set the name that appears on the NACHA file. Use it when your bank needs the name written a specific way. Leave it blank to keep the current name.
The assistant now has two settings. The organization setting turns it on or off for everyone. A personal setting lets each person choose for themselves. If your utility turns it off for the organization, no one can use it.
Ask the assistant to post a charge or credit to an account. It looks up the transaction subtype for you. Percentage-based charges and credits aren't supported yet.
If you disconnect your ArcGIS integration and connect it again, your existing layers are kept. You don't need to set them up again.
Adjusted bills for accounts with more than one meter read now keep the total consumption from those reads. The Adjusted Statement used to show 0.
Transaction labels now use your utility's time zone. Before, a label could show the wrong due date.
The customer portal assistant now reports the account's actual balance. It used to use the last bill's outstanding amount, which was wrong after partial payments and showed nothing for accounts with no bills.
Once a meter changeout is completed, its form opens in read-only mode so it can't be changed by mistake.
The activity log for meter changeouts has more detail, and the old and new meter IDs on the completed entry are no longer reversed.
On the Add Charge/Credit drawer, the percentage minimum is now called Minimum Fee Amount. A tooltip explains that the minimum is charged when the percentage fee is lower.
