Accounts in an account group now have a Group Payment option. Pick which accounts to pay, preview how the amount is split, and post it as cash, check, card, ACH, or through the card reader. Anything left over goes to the other accounts in the group, then to the parent account as a credit. This is part of the account groups limited release.
Ask the assistant to create a service order and set the priority, assignee, schedule, and contact in the same request. It can also search locations, so you can create orders for locations that aren't linked to an account.
When the assistant wants to change something, it now asks for your approval first. You can also ask it to update the contact person on an account, including email, phone, mailing address, and bill delivery.
You can now update your own email, phone number, password, and multi-factor sign-in on a personal settings page. The setting that keeps the side menu expanded now lives here, so each person picks their own.
Light, dark, and system themes and Log Out now sit in a menu at the bottom of the side menu. That leaves more room for the rest of your links.
You can now regenerate the NACHA file for a payment batch.
When you write a communication campaign, you can now start from content suggested by your earlier campaigns.
The data quality checks now flag shared meters that have different historical reads.
The Transaction Detail report CSV export now handles very large date ranges.
Estimating, processing, and clearing meter reads now work in batches of 10,000, so very large runs finish. We also fixed an error that could stop meter reads and meter alerts from loading for utilities with many meters.
When a rate structure has a scheduled change, the services table now previews the rate structure that is in effect. It used to show the parent rate structure.
Budget billing averages no longer count adjustments twice or include late notice bills.
Customers can now only set up autopay for accounts they are linked to and payment methods they own.
The minimum on a percent fee in a transaction subtype is now called Minimum Fee Amount. A tooltip explains that if the percent fee comes out lower, the minimum is charged.
Accounting reports now download with a readable file name.
The loading screen has a Halloween animation for the season.
